Algiers Pastry Products and Utensils Fair from March 12 to 16 at the Promenade des Sablettes

ALGIERS - The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion will organize a Pastry Products and Utensils Fair from March 12 to 16 at the Promenade des Sablettes in Algiers, in coordination with the wilaya of Algiers, according to a statement released by the ministry on Wednesday.

Under the slogan "Local quality and export prospects", this trade fair is part of an initiative aimed at supporting economic operators, encouraging domestic production and opening up new opportunities for companies in the pastry sector to access foreign markets.

The exhibition will see a large turnout of professionals, producers and suppliers specialising in baking accessories and utensils, decoration and packaging items, basic ingredients, as well as equipment and materials related to this activity, the press release states.

This economic meeting will provide a forum for professional exchange and will enable the examination of partnership opportunities between the various operators, which is likely to strengthen the sector's capacities and support its focus on exports, the same source added.

In this regard, the Ministry has invited all operators and interested parties to register via the dedicated electronic link on its official website.
