11th edition of the National Award for Innovative SME-SMI: Digitized Participation

news-detail

A digital platform has been specially designed to host projects from companies applying to unveil the National Award for Innovative SME-SMI. As a result, applicants will no longer have to travel to file their applications this year.

The platform automatically rejects any project that does not meet the selection criteria. The platform allows projects to be pre-selected before they are submitted to the national commission responsible for evaluation. The Commission is composed of representatives of all ministerial departments related to innovation. Since the launch of this edition in September, to date, more than 60 eligible projects have been submitted. The organizers expect more projects, as the deadline for submitting projects is extended to November 12.

The main objective of the prize is to meet a pressing need for competitiveness.

The most important and decisive criterion in the selection of projects is innovation.
