Agreement signed to develop partnership between MESC and a German company: more than 100 clean technology startups to be created

The Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister, in charge of the knowledge economy and start-ups, as well as the German company for international cooperation, signed an agreement on a project to develop digital and green entrepreneurship, in the presence of Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Elisabeth Wolbers.


The Algerian side was represented at the signing ceremony by the director of startups and support structures at the Delegated Ministry, Noureddine Ouadah and on the German side, Martina Valos, director of the German company for international cooperation in Algeria.

This agreement is part of the Algerian-German cooperation agreement concluded on 25 November 2021 in Algeria and aims to ‘create more than 100 clean technology startups over a four-year period, and will also be an opportunity to benefit from the German experience in open innovation, incubation and acceleration’.
